Patrick, has over 12 years experience in podiatry. During this time, he has worked in both rural and metropolitan areas. This has given him a wide variety of experience in all aspects of Podiatry practice. Patrick thrives on giving people relief from their foot pain. Whether it’s a simple corn or ingrown toenail, or more complex heel and foot pain, Patrick is well equipped to deal with any foot pain which may arise. His calm and gentle manner makes him a favorite with his patients. This means often you need to book well in advance!
Patrick believes that orthotic therapy, or custom designed shoe inserts, combined with the right shoe, can provide people with relief from foot pain. He has had much success with his patients over the years, and this experience makes him confident in getting results. With a young family of his own, and having seen hundreds of children in the practice over the years, Patrick loves looking after children’s feet.
Patrick has performed hundreds of ingrown toenail surgeries over his career and prides himself in being able to give patients permanent relief from this painful condition. Being a keen soccer player, Patrick has a deeper understanding of the sport and the foot injuries that sometimes some with it…… such as his own broken toe which he suffered from last year.
Patrick has previously held a lecturing position at the University of Newcastle and continues to support the university by hosting students on clinical placement.
